Travel Tips: Montparnasse Tower: The Paris Observatory

The tower Montparnasse offers panoramic views of the city Paris with a view up to 40 km away. It is 200 meters high with the observatory located on the 56th floor, where guests go up by very fast elevator in just 38 seconds!

In addition to the glazed observation deck, there is an open balcony to which you can go out if the weather is nice.

There is also a cafeteria with snacks and food, a souvenir shop, a champagne bar and a photo exhibition.

Choose what time you will go depending on what you are looking for!

Early in the morning it is less crowded and more visible.

In the afternoon with the setting sun, the atmosphere becomes more romantic.

At night the visibility is definitely reduced, however the city lights are impressive.
